Travis, Mindy, and their two young boys are searching for a waterfront home in quaint Lake Oswego, Oregon. Mindy is hoping to find a move-in ready house where the boys can have water directly in their backyard and grow up playing every water sport imaginable, while Travis is open to a house that might need a few repairs and updates, in order to stay within budget.
