Next, Michael heads to NYC for Pig and Khao’s off the menu sensation, the 9-spice southern curry fried chicken wings. And finally, Michael heads to his own NYC restaurant Seamore’s, to sample the kitchen’s latest creation: a soft-shell crab sandwich, freshly fried to crispy perfection.
