Anthony Dispensa


Anthony Dispensa, a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, is currently the West Coast Director of Operations for the Slapfish Restaurant Group, the award-winning food truck turned international brick and mortar, based out of Huntington Beach, CA.

Prior to joining Andrew at Slapfish, he has worked for a number of renowned chefs including Lydia Shire, Alain Ducasse, Bradley Ogden, Masaharu Morimoto and Gordon Ramsey.

Skilled at transforming locally sourced ingredients into an all-encompassing and multi-sensational experience, Anthony prides himself on maintaining exquisite attention to detail in every dish he creates.
