2. Eligibility/Participation: FYI’s Waste No SCRAPS Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings) of A&E Television Networks, LLC (“Sponsor”), bottlerocket marketing group, LLC (“Administrator”), Sur La Table, Whirlpool Corporation, and their respective affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and third party fulfillment agencies (collectively, with Sponsor, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor, and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes; and (b) release and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, against any and all claims, injury or damage (including death) arising out of or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes and/or the use or misuse or redemption of a prize, and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action.
3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes commences at 12:00:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 22, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on June 19, 2017 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How To Participate/Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, users will be prompted to visit a landing page at www.surlatable.com/scraps (“Promotion Site”). Once at the Promotion Site, follow the onscreen prompts to complete and submit all required registration information. If you submit all required prompts, you will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing, detailed below (hereinafter an “Entry”). There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period. No incomplete Entries will be accepted. All Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the relevant Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized email account holder used to enter. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than the allowable Entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses or accounts, identities or any other online methods will void all of that participant’s Entries. To participate in this Sweepstakes, each entrant will be subject to the Sponsor’s Terms of Use (http://aetn.com/termsofuse) and Privacy Policy (http://www.aetn.com/privacy). Please read these policies before entering.
5. Drawing and Odds: On or about June 20, 2017, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period in order to select (2) Grand Prize Winners and ten (10) First Prize Winners. The odds of being selected as a winner depend upon the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period.
6. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): There are two (2) different Grand Prizes available. One (1) Grand Prize #1: A KitchenAid® Artisan® Mini Stand Mixer with a Spiralizer attachment, ten (10) online cooking classes from Sur La Table/SCRAPS and $500 (awarded in the form of a check) (ARV $1,029.48); One (1) Grand Prize #2: A KitchenAid® Pro Line® Blender, ten (10) online cooking classes from Sur La Table/SCRAPS and $500 (awarded in the form of a check) (ARV $1,199.49); Ten (10) First Prizes – An online cooking class from Sur La Table/SCRAPS of winner’s choice and $50 (awarded in the form of a check) (ARV $59.95 per prize). Limit one (1) prize per household.
   
7. General Prize Conditions/Winner Notification: On or about one (1) business day after the Prize Drawing, Administrator will make up to two (2) attempts within three (3) business days, to contact the potential winners via the email address and/or phone number provided upon Entry. If a potential Prize winner cannot be reached during this period, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected from among the remaining applicable Entries. As a condition of winning any Prize, the Winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (“Document”), where permitted by law, and any other applicable forms required by a taxing authority, within ten (10) days of receipt of written prize notification, or Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. All Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and no substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash, nor may they be transferred or offered for sale or auction, and can be substituted only, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, with prize of equal or greater value. Prize elements may be subject to additional restrictions. Prize selection at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any portion of Prize not accepted by Winner will be forfeited, and the Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any inability of Winner to accept or use any portion of Prize for any reason. All applicable federal, state and local taxes on a Prize are the sole responsibility of Winner. Winners are solely responsible for applicable taxes or other fees, including but not limited to all federal, state and local income taxes connected to the prize won. Further, by accepting a Prize, Winner consents to Sweepstakes Entities’ use (or non-use) of Winner’s  name, photograph and/or likeness, address, voice, and statements made by or attributed to them, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (including, without limitation, print, broadcast and internet), for all  business purposes including advertising and promotional activities and media and other activities and communications, without additional approval, permission or compensation in their sole discretion, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Terms: Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, illegible undelivered, or garbled Entries/notification or email for whatever cause or other errors whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes.  Sweepstakes Entities are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and the associated Entry will be void.  Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of a survey or awarding of an Entry, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the Potential Winners in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken. Whirlpool Corporation is not responsible for the administration, execution, or conduct of the Sweepstakes.
9. Limitation of Liability: Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities, (a) shall not be responsible or liable for, and hereby release the Sweepstakes Entities from, any claims, losses, damages or injuries of any kind (including death) resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use/misuse or inability to use a prize, and (b) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to a prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors; (2) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Sweepstakes Entities; or (3) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Sweepstakes Entities. Failure of Sponsor to enforce any provision herein shall not be deemed a waiver of such. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OR WINNER FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE TO BE AWARDED.
10. Request for the Names of Winners: For the names of the winners, available two (2) weeks after the Sweepstakes Period has ended, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, to be received by August 19, 2017, to: FYI’s Waste No SCRAPS Sweepstakes Winners, c/o bottlerocket marketing group, LLC, 1500 Broadway, 32nd Floor, NY, NY, 10036.
